Privacy notice

This page is a pre-launch prototype for a planned wellness testing service being developed by the DoctorsQuick team. It currently collects very little, and this notice says exactly what.

The early-access form

The form does not send or store anything yet. When you submit it, the page checks your answers in your browser and asks you to email us instead. Before the form starts saving registrations, we will update this notice to name the organisation responsible, explain how your email address and country are stored and used, and give you an unsubscribe link in every email.

If you email us

If you email hello@doctorsquick.com, we use your message and address to reply and to add you to the early-access list if you ask. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Please do not send medical records, test results or other sensitive health information by ordinary email.

Your region choice

If you choose a region at the top of the page, that choice is saved in your own browser so the page can show the right countries first. It is not sent to us.

What this page does not use

No analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and no cookies. Fonts, images and the film are served from this site.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw from the list at any time by emailing hello@doctorsquick.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
