Blood testing. Clear results. Personalised guidance.

Understand your blood results. Know your next step.

We’re building a simpler way to understand your blood results and turn them into useful next steps, with nutrition guidance, supplements where appropriate and the option of a personalised workout plan.

In development for the US, UK and Europe. Register your interest in your country.

  • Clear explanations
  • Guidance that considers your history
  • Supplements when appropriate

A clearer starting point for your health.

Blood tests can reveal useful information. We want to make that information easier to understand, and help you decide what to discuss, what to change and what to track.

  1. Understand the result

See what each marker measures, how your result compares with the lab’s reference range and what may need a closer look.

  2. Make informed choices

Get guidance that considers your results, diet, health history and current medicines.

  3. Follow changes over time

Compare future results when repeat testing is appropriate, and see what has changed.

How it will work

From a blood test to a clearer plan.

We’re designing a simple journey, with the right collection method and review for each test.

  1. Step 1

    Choose your test

Explore the panels available in your country and share the information needed to check suitability.

  2. Step 2

    Provide your sample

Use a home collection kit or attend a blood-draw appointment, depending on the test.

  3. Step 3

    Understand your results

See clear explanations and find out which results need further attention.

  4. Step 4

    Get your next steps

Explore guidance on food and daily habits, supplements where suitable and a possible workout plan built around your goals and fitness. Get further clinical care when needed.

The final panels, collection options and review process will depend on our partners and your country.

What you’ll learn

Useful insights, built around the right tests.

We’re exploring panels in the areas below. The final markers and collection methods will be confirmed before launch.

Nutrition and nutrient status
Markers that can help assess selected nutrients and iron status, alongside your diet and health history.
Heart and metabolic health
Markers related to cholesterol and blood sugar, to help you understand what may need attention.
General health markers
Selected blood, liver or kidney markers where suitable, with a clear explanation of their limits.
Progress over time
Repeat testing when useful, so you can compare results and review your next steps.

A blood panel does not measure every nutrient or explain every symptom. The right tests depend on the question you are trying to answer.

Example results

Results you can actually understand.

Explore an illustrative report showing how a result could become an explanation, a question for a clinician or a practical next step.

Illustrative example — not a real patient report.

Your results, explained

Ranges are shown as the lab reports them. Each lab sets its own reference range.

Vitamin D A marker used to assess vitamin D status. Near the lower end of this lab’s range

What this measures

The main form of vitamin D circulating in your blood, which reflects sunlight, food and any supplements over recent weeks.

What to discuss

Time spent outdoors, the season, your diet and any supplements or medicines you already take.

Possible next steps

Review this result alongside your health history before deciding whether a supplement is suitable.

Ferritin Helps assess iron stores. Other information may be needed to interpret it. Within this lab’s range

What this measures

A protein that stores iron. It can also rise with inflammation, so it is read together with other results and your symptoms.

What to discuss

Your diet, energy levels, menstrual history where relevant and whether other iron markers would help.

Possible next steps

Iron-containing foods may be part of your plan. A clinician can advise whether any further test or treatment is needed.

Cholesterol Part of a wider picture of heart health. Within this lab’s range

What this measures

Fats carried in your blood. Different types of cholesterol are read together with blood pressure, family history and other factors.

What to discuss

Your family history, activity, diet and whether a fuller heart-health assessment makes sense for you.

Possible next steps

Practical food and movement changes, and repeat testing when it is useful.

Schematic positions only. A result outside a reference range is not a diagnosis, and a result inside it does not rule anything out.

A reason for every recommendation.

The goal is useful guidance, not a longer shopping list. We want supplement advice to explain why something is suggested, how it fits your health and when it should be reviewed.

Why it may help
The result and context behind the suggestion.
Whether it suits you
Your diet, medicines and health history matter.
What happens next
Clear guidance on use, review and follow-up.
When you do not need it
Sometimes the right recommendation is no supplement.

We are confirming the professional review and recommendation service with our partners before launch.

A workout plan that fits your life.

We’re exploring personalised workout plans alongside nutrition and supplement guidance. Your goals, starting point, health history and preferences would help shape the plan.

Start where you are
A plan that considers your current activity and fitness.
Make it practical
Options for home or gym, built around the time and equipment you have.
Adjust as you go
Review your routine as your goals and circumstances change.

Questions

Can I order a test today?

Not yet. We are selecting partners and confirming the tests, prices and review process. Join early access for launch updates in your country.

Where will the service launch?

We’re exploring the US, UK and European markets. Availability will depend on the country, test and collection method. Your waitlist country helps us plan.

Will every test be available from home?

Some tests can use a home-collected sample; others need a professional blood draw. We’ll explain the options for each panel before ordering.

Will my results tell me exactly which supplements I need?

Blood results can help inform decisions about selected nutrients, but they do not explain everything. Advice also needs to consider your diet, health history and medicines. You may not need a supplement.

Will you offer personalised workout plans?

We’re exploring this as an additional feature. A plan would consider your goals, fitness, health history and preferences, rather than blood results alone. We’ll confirm what is included before launch.

Who will review my results?

We are confirming the laboratory and professional review arrangements for each market. Those details will be available before you can buy a test.

What if a result needs medical attention?

Some findings need clinical follow-up. We are agreeing the review and contact process with our partners before launch. This service is not for emergencies.

How much will it cost?

Prices are being confirmed with our partners. We’ll show the full price and what it includes before you order.

Is this part of DoctorsQuick’s prescription service?
